Wills and Estates Lawyer

$90k-$130k plus super dependant on PAE

This full-service firm who has a well-respected Wills and Estate team offer a great opportunity to a junior to mid level lawyer. They assist clients with deceased estate property transactions, and superannuation claims.

Join this vibrant firm who have a strong and established reputation assisting clients to construct their legal Will, and the planning for the distribution of their estate

This role will suit a personable, organised and motivated lawyer to join our fast-growing team. You will work with, and learn from, skilled professionals and assist with the growth of the business.

Your varied role will include:

• Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
• Assisting with Will and estate preparation
• Drafting legal documents
• Legal research
• Assistance with Litigation matters
• Client contact

About You

You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own.

• Ideally you will have upwards of 2 years PAE in Wills and Estates Law
• A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Admitted to legal practice in Qld and/or immediately eligible to apply for a practising certificate in QLD
