A well-regarded, dynamic and forward-thinking law firm in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for estate planning and administration to contribute to the development of the department.

The role:

In this varied and rewarding position, you will:

Draft Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

Advise on complex estate planning, including family trusts, SMSFs, business succession planning and wealth protection strategies

Manage deceased estate administration, including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration

Represent executors, trustees, and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process

Collaborate closely with senior partners to drive innovative solutions for clients

What You Bring:

Minimum of 3+ Years of Experience within Wills & Estates

Ability to run your matters with autonomy

Strong communication skills

Commitment to providing quality client service

Exceptional attention to detail

Passion for working in Succession Law
