Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager that can hit the ground running. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales growth, team leadership, and customer service excellence. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities to drive business performance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Industry experience is a must.

Role Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team.

Identify growth opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.

Ensure financial targets are met by managing budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and market reach.

Salary and Benefits

Base $130k - $150k | Super 11.5% | Company Car
