ABOUT THE ROLE
This is your chance to build something with real impact. In this newly created role, you’ll lead the charge on learning and development across a high-growth, people-first organisation.
You’ll design and embed a global L&D strategy that touches 700+ employees across six divisions—delivering high-impact leadership programs, learning pathways and scalable development frameworks from the ground up.
DUTIES
- Lead the design and delivery of a global L&D framework
- Conduct learning needs analysis and capability mapping across the group
- Embed structured learning pathways and career progression models
- Facilitate in-house training sessions and coach internal trainers
- Align L&D with succession planning, performance and talent strategies
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve effectiveness
- Consult with senior stakeholders across the business to champion learning
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years in Learning & Development, with experience across both strategy and delivery
- Proven capability in leadership development and learning program design
- Skilled in building frameworks and career pathways from scratch
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation abilities
- Commercially minded, with experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Tertiary qualifications in L&D, OD, HR or a related field
