We’re looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support workforce development at Snowy Hydro 2.0.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in training, learning & development (L&D), or RTO operations, who thrives in a site-based environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating site-based training programs, trainee and apprenticeships and compliance training
• Liaising with RTOs, trainers, and site managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Tracking training records and ensuring compliance with industry and project requirements
• Supporting workforce upskilling and career development initiatives
• Managing scheduling, logistics, and reporting for training activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in training coordination, L&D, or an RTO environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skill
• Knowledge of compliance, safety training, and vocational education
• Ability to work on-site in a FIFO or DIDO capacity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
