Take on an amazing full-time multisite leadership role across two iconic Limestone Coast hotels!!
The Role:
Do you love to get your hands dirty and thrive in all areas of hospitality? Lead by example and mentor our incredible team at the Royal Oak Hotel and Prince of Wales Hotel Penola.
Working closely with our Venue Manager, you will be across all aspects of the business including our, bar, restaurant, gaming, and functions.
Key tasks include:
Providing exceptional customer service, motivating the team to provide a memorable experiences;
Assisting in recruitment, induction and training of F&B teams, including product education and training, and rostering;
Driving events and functions all year round;
Providing a supportive and encouraging environment and lead by example;
Stock control/stock take and administrative tasks as required; and
Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Management experience in a similar role;
Ability to remain calm and manage time during busy periods;
Experience multitasking and managing multiple departments;
The ability to analyse situations and make rational and responsible decisions relating to staffing, and strategic business issues;
RSA, Gaming and RP badge, essential;
Great presentation, attention to detail, clean, and organised; and
Flexibility to work across 7 days, with a rotating roster.
