The Role:
This role covers the Liverpool area and surrounds and is in our PEACH (Palliative Care Home Support Packages) program as part of our Home and Community Support team. As this involves visiting our clients in their own homes, you must be willing and able to drive.
The shifts for this role are evening shifts from 4pm You will provide a range of clinical and care services to our Palliative Home & Community clients across a variety of practice areas, providing appropriate care for our clients with life-limiting illness.
Our team are kind, curious and unbelievably passionate about the work they perform in the community, we are looking for nurses that share those same values.
These include:
- Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
- Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
- Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.

To be successful, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience with palliative care
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- NSW driver's licence and own vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Up to date Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccination
