You will manage the entire process—from discovery to final placement on the hand, neck, or wrist of its wearer—with the grace and precision of a true professional.

Your Responsibilities:

End-to-End Client Management – You will be the sole point of contact for your clients, ensuring their journey with LINDELLI is seamless, intuitive, and deeply personal. From initial consultation through to custom design, production updates, and final delivery, you will manage every touchpoint with precision and care.

Effortless Time Management & Multitasking – This role demands someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-touch environment—juggling multiple bespoke orders, liaising with designers and jewellers, coordinating logistics, and maintaining impeccable attention to detail while ensuring each client feels like the only one.

A Thoughtful & Bespoke Approach – LINDELLI is about understated elegance—a modern interpretation of luxury that is never transactional, always intentional. You will guide clients in discovering their perfect piece, helping them explore diamond cuts, settings, and finishes that align with their style and story.

Articulating Craftsmanship & Expertise – Your role is to translate our expertise into an accessible yet elevated conversation, educating clients about lab-grown diamonds and fine craftsmanship.

Curating an Intimate, Appointment-Only Experience – At LINDELLI, our private Sydney atelier is a sanctuary—designed for one-on-one, highly considered consultations. You will ensure each client feels at ease, heard, and understood, providing an experience that is as memorable as the piece they take home.

Orchestrating Every Last Detail – Whether it’s coordinating final touches on a custom engagement ring, arranging an international courier for a client abroad, or ensuring a bespoke piece is finished to perfection before a proposal, your role is to anticipate needs before they arise and execute them flawlessly.
