What does a typical day look like?

Guiding clients during their appointments to find their perfect diamond and design their perfect piece

Handling after-service appointments to ensure our clients' are happy and satisfied.

Managing repair appointments and keeping clients updated on their orders

Providing accurate quotations for handmade pieces, CAD pieces and repairs

Attending our instore whisky nights to connect with clients in a fun, relaxed environment

Reaching out to our existing clients with follow-up calls to schedule appointments and maintain strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

A love for people and creating exceptional customer experiences

Strong interest in jewellery, with the ability to inspire and educate clients

A passion for sales and driving business growth

A proactive, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment

Experience in jewellery is preferred.
