We are currently looking for a Transport Administration and Operations Support in our Newman Depot, who takes pride in what they do with a passion for transport as much as we have. Working for NLL you are part of our family team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Providing varied operational and administrative support to the operations manager.
Ensuring all company policies are adhered to
Supporting the Operations Manager with Managing the yard
General administrative duties as required
Monitoring day to day operations of the trucks
Liaising with suppliers and drivers
Keeping accurate & up to date accounts records
Assist in the completion of all day to day and month end operational processes
Candidates must possess the following;
Great organisational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Adaptability to handle dynamic and fast-paced environments, including urgent scheduling changes.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to supporting team goals and ensuring customer satisfaction
Highly motivated and the ability to self-start
Basic Knowledge of Tablets due to paperless systems
Committed to Safety and applying safe work practices
Motivated Work Ethic and positive attitude

Motivated Work Ethic and positive attitude
Transport Knowledge
Forklift license and HR/MR truck license is desirable but not essential
Will provide training for the right applicant
