Requirements of the role
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to generate options and solutions and reprioritise tasks to manage own work and meet tight or changing deadlines.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships through attentive communication, proactively seek to understand their needs and provide timely information in an articulate and non-technical manner.
• Maintaining records management systems in accordance with departmental requirements.
• Manage building maintenance issues and maintaining building security system and processes.
• Demonstrates courage in making decisions, even when under pressure, to support the resolution of straightforward issues within own area of expertise.
• Analyses information to proactively identify risks and demonstrates judgement about when to escalate issues.
• Manage priorities, recognises own role in achieving teams' goals and complete tasks within designated time limits. Demonstrating careful planning and organisation to achieve results.
