About the role
The Sales Representative is responsible for focusing on inbound sales for Governance Institute’s educational products and services including membership.
Key responsibilities:
Managing a pipeline of enquiries and meeting enrolment/registration targets.
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and objectives for our signature events.
Secure new business via inbound enquiries and proactive sales.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Maintaining information via CRM.
Provide learning advice, which results in a product sale, to prospective students for Governance Institute’s short courses, Certificates, courses and in-house training activities.
Providing a high level of professionalism and customer service to students/clients.
Skills and qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably within education, training or a membership association.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain detailed information in a clear and engaging manner both verbally and in writing.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and close sales
Demonstrated experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Working knowledge of Microsoft business desktop applications.
