We are currently seeking a Skilled Chef to join our team at Turquoise Mandurah. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented chef who is looking for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with Turquoise Café's standards.

Develop and present menu items that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.

Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Manage food inventory and costs, minimizing waste and maintaining profitability.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering their professional development.

Adapt to feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen

Formal culinary qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
