Robertson’s Remedial and Painting is a family run business with a reputation for delivering high quality projects. We have been serving the strata industry residential projects for over 50 years and we are one of the industry leaders in both the Painting and Remedial Building sectors.

Due to the increasing growth of our painting division we are seeking to add another painting sales person / estimator to our team. We offer a friendly, supportive and flexible work environment.

The position of Painting Estimator involves site visit estimating for painting works ranging from small projects for residential and strata properties up to including $1M plus large strata projects. Quote and tender preparation including submission of documentation, working with production team managers, site visits during execution of projects and maintaining client relations.

Candidates will have:

o Previous painting estimating experience – strata projects favourable

o Strong understanding of painting and products

o Knowledge of general building repairs will be very favourable

o Existing client and network contacts will be favourable

o Good verbal and written communication skills

o Good organisational and time management skills

o Ability to problem solve

o Ability to build and maintain relationships

o Friendly and well presented

o Valid NSW Drivers Licence

Renumeration package:

New candidate base salary $110-$130K (based on experience) plus super

Company and individual performance based bonuses

Car allowance
