Commercial Fitout Estimator
Location: Ryde, NSW
Salary: $100k - $140k + Super
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (some early starts as required)

About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Commercial Fitout Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys autonomy.
As the primary estimator, you will be responsible for quoting, negotiating, and securing contracts to drive business growth. Reporting directly to the Owner/General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in client engagement and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engage with Clients & Visit Sites – Meet clients, assess job requirements, and understand their project needs firsthand.
✅ Develop Accurate Estimates – Create itemized quotations that align with project scope and client expectations.
✅ Build Strong Client Relationships – Maintain ongoing communication, negotiate estimates, and provide solutions to convert proposals into contracts.
✅ Secure Contracts & Drive Growth – Use your negotiation skills to close deals and contribute to business expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Autonomous Worker – Ability to handle all aspects of the estimating cycle independently, from client meetings to finalizing quotes.
• Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills – Experience in sales, rapport-building, and closing deals.
• Commercial Fitout Industry Experience – Prior exposure to estimating within the fitout sector.
• Budget Management – Ability to adjust estimates reactively to stay within budget.
• Flexibility to Travel – Willingness to visit client sites as needed.
