About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Super Smart Australia as a Client Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our inbound client enquires. The role is a full-time position based in our Nerang office.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to manage relationships with our inbound client enquires and support them through the superannuation review process. In this role, you will act as the main initial point of contact for clients, providing top-tier service, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them navigate the review process. This role is about fostering strong relationships, understanding client needs, and working with internal teams to provide solutions that meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.
- Manage the end-to-end process of superannuation review, ensuring clients' needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate the collection of client data to ensure the superannuation review is accurate and in line with their needs.
- Provide clients with clear explanations of the review process
- Address client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high satisfaction level throughout the process.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in client management, account management, or customer service roles. (Not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams.
- Experience in the superannuation or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people.
