As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager (cover role) to lead our sales team to even greater heights.

About the Role

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of dedicated sales professionals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Foster a customer-centric culture with high level post-sale service.
• Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry developments and new vehicle models.

About You

• Proven experience in automotive sales in a leadership or managerial role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check (Company provided).
• A valid driver's license and ability to work weekends.
