ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking driven and passionate Sales Managers to join their second-hand car sales team. In this role. you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our business. Whether you're leading a team or directly engaging with customers, your expertise will help expand our market reach and achieve ambitious sales targets.

DUTIES

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty
• Ensure efficient sales operations and continuously improve team performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a Full Driver’s License
• Proactive mindset with a strong passion for automotive sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Previous sales experience or a background in marketing preferred
• Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential
