Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll report directly to the Club Manager and lead the sales team to reach their goals while building strong relationships within the community. You’ll be at the heart of planning and directing sales activities to ensure every member has a top-notch experience.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, including prospecting, retention calls, external activations, and following up on referrals and leads.
• Create an effortless and welcoming sign-up process for new members, ensuring a smooth first experience.
• Work closely with the Club Manager to secure key deals, maintain corporate relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Track performance against budget, providing regular updates and adjustments as needed.
• Coach and inspire your sales team to hit their targets and stay motivated.
• Ensure every member has an exceptional experience, including relevant solutions and recommendations to improve retention.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and administrative tasks using our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of relevant sales leadership experience (fitness experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
• A people-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Creative and proactive, with a knack for building relationships and generating new business.
• A solution-oriented approach and the ability to juggle both the details and the big picture.
• A love for coaching and setting goals to help your team achieve new heights.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and confident being in front of the camera (bonus points for creativity!).
