About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is interested in the supply chain and logistics industry. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, expanding market share, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives to contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer loyalty.
2. Develop, manage, and optimize the sales and marketing budget to ensure cost-effective operations and maximum ROI.
3. Set and achieve sales targets, identifying opportunities for business growth.
4. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our logistics services to a broader audience.
5. Enhance brand positioning and reputation by developing strategies that reinforce brand identity and increase customer engagement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and the wider public to strengthen our company’s market presence.
7. Oversee public relations efforts, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.
8. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to the General Manager to support business decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
2. At least five years of management experience in sales and marketing.
3. Bachelor's degree or higher.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding business environment.
5. Be a ‘hunter’ with a strong track record in successfully identifying new business opportunities and developing customer relationships.
6. The ability to work independently while actively engaging in all aspects of the business.
7. Be well-organized, with strong attention to detail.
