The Opportunity
A dynamic role for a detail-focused Operations Officer to support advisers and staff with licensee and platform functions. This key position streamlines processes and drives operational excellence in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the seamless onboarding process for Corporate Authorised Representatives (CARs) and Authorised Representatives (ARs).
Support the integration of new advisers, ensuring a smooth transition into the business.
Distribute communications to the network, conveying important updates and information.
Maintain accurate records on XPLAN, SharePoint, and other systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Develop and maintain process guides for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the team.
Undertake various operational and administrative tasks, including reporting for leaders and executives across the group.
Stay abreast of all system requirements and industry information to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Foster and strengthen relationships with key partners and Business Development Managers across the group's predominant platforms.
Support all teams with operational day-to-day activities, including access to platforms and adviser codes.
Provide general support to the Operations team as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years' Financial Planning industry experience.
Experience with onboarding and offboarding advisers between Australian Financial Services Licenses (AFSLs) is highly desired.
Experience with platform relationships at a dealer group/licensee level.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Intermediate knowledge of XPLAN.
Relevant industry qualifications (advantageous).
Experience in developing automated workflows (advantageous).
