We are looking for experienced Casual Property Management Consultants to join our PMP family. These are not your average Property Management positions; we are a boutique property management consultancy agency that provides outsourced & temporary property management services as well as training, events & consulting to our clients across Australia.
This role involves managing residential portfolios in VIC and all from the comforts of your own home!
The role requires an experienced Property Manager managing portfolios, Mon to Fri up to 38 hours per week.
The ability to demonstrate a well-rounded understanding of residential property management, with experience in the industry is critical for applicants seeking a Property Manager position, as you will be responsible for the full spectrum of duties and services for the clients and properties within your portfolio.
VIC PM Qualifications a must with a minimum of 3 years portfolio management experience is required for this role.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven, ambitious Property Manager, who is highly organised with impeccable attention to detail, can work unsupervised with excellent communication skills.
