About the Role:

This full-time, office-based role is a great opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team and support the Operations Manager in Sydney. You'll take on diverse responsibilities, gaining valuable experience and ongoing opportunities for growth and professional development. A background in property or marketing is highly valued, and experience with InDesign and Monday.com is a plus—but a willingness to learn is just as important!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formatting reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Assisting with promotional activities, client gifts, and event coordination.
  • Managing travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and scheduling key team meetings.
  • Organising appointments and assisting consultants with key documentation.
  • Coordinating office facility management and liaising with service providers.
  • Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Managing merchandise orders, budgets and any ad hoc duties.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
