Clinical Care Coordinator | Aged Care | Central Coast

The Role:
Supervise the clinical care of all residents across afternoon and weekend shifts, providing an added layer of leadership to the home and ensuring superior care levels.

You will ensure that optimal quality of clinical care is provided. Liaise and communicate with families, allied health teams, and all other third parties.

• Excellent Salary of $130,000 + Super
• Thursday to Monday role PMs / days

• Opportunity to specialise in a specific nursing area, including dementia or wound care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
• Leadership experience as a CCC or RN in charge/acting experience
• Proven ability to mentor Registered Nurse's
• An understanding of care plans and assessments
• Ability to work FT hours Thursday > Monday
