About the Role

Gecko Contracting is currently recruiting for Mower Operators, Tractor Operators, and Turf Greenkeepers to join our team at our Bibra Lake depot. This role involves working across the Perth metro area, delivering high-quality turf services to our valued clients.

We’re looking for an energetic team player with a can-do attitude who takes pride in their work.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Turf Maintenance – Broad acre mowing & confined area mowing
Turf Management – Fertiliser & wetting agent application
Renovation Work – Operating a range of turf maintenance implements for oval renovations
Machinery Operation – Safe and effective use of ride-on mowers, tractors, and other turf equipment
Time & Budget Management – Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Compliance – Adhering to all WHS and quality procedures

Turf operations can be impacted by many factors, so we need someone with attention to detail, passion, and pride in their work. If you love working with lawns, gardens, and high-quality turf, this role will be highly rewarding!

What We’re Looking For

✔ Turf Maintenance Experience – Previous experience with ride-on mowers, tractors, and turf care equipment preferred.
✔ Safety & Compliance Awareness – Understanding of WHS requirements and quality standards.
✔ Relevant Qualifications –Turf Management qualifications, Spray Licence MR/HR Drivers Licence.
✔ Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented – Ability to work independently and within a team.
✔ A Keen Eye for Detail – Passionate about delivering high-quality turf services.
