We are a newly established, all-in-one fitness destination designed to meet every health and wellness need! We have multiple facilities across Australia that offer a variety of spaces, including expansive free weights and cardio areas, a reformer Pilates studio, premium wellness amenities, and a basketball court all under one roof, hence the name Housed!
The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Member Experience Coordinator to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills and a strong passion for fitness, this is the perfect opportunity to help create an exceptional experience for our members from day one.
As a Member Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Managing all administrative duties related to member accounts and services.
Addressing member enquiries related to memberships, promotions, group classes, facilities, and account management with professionalism and efficiency.
Proactively resolving member concerns and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Assisting with sales-related queries, including identifying and rectifying issues to deliver effective solutions.
Implementing and executing member retention strategies, focusing on re-engagement initiatives to drive long-term loyalty.
Managing debt collection processes, including taking arrears payments and re-engaging members who have outstanding fees.
Efficiently managing and responding to incoming communications via inbox and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Personal skills & attributes:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in administration/ customer service for a holistic fitness company that offers Pilates, Yoga OR Strength/ HIIT classes, is desirable.
Basic knowledge on gym equipment, amenities and classes is essential.
A genuine passion for fitness and a strong desire to support individuals from all backgrounds in achieving their fitness goals.
Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.
Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
