Reporting to the CFO this highly engaging role will provide commercially insightful financial decision support to key stakeholders across the entire spectrum of Supply Chain operations. You will be expected to use your commercial acumen and your technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to provide analytical commentary and insightful recommendations to support improvements in productivity, gross margin and operational performance across Production, Procurement and Logistics/Distribution. As a key member of a collegial finance team you will also contribute to the operational effectiveness of the broader finance function, supporting your colleagues in a range of day to day and recurring month end reporting tasks whilst also proactively seeking to identify and develop opportunities to implement ongoing improvements in processes and systems.

This highly engaging role is likely to appeal to a commercially astute and proactive CA/CPA (or part qualified) who is seeking a stimulating, supportive and highly commercial environment in which to hone their commercial acumen and financial decision support skills. You should be able to demonstrate how your expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and management accounting has influenced business performance outcomes in a profit-driven commercial environment (FMCG sector experience would be preferable) and you should possess a flair for building effective cross-functional working relationships and the energy and drive to managing competing priorities within pragmatic commercial timeframes.
