About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimise and manage end-to-end supply chain operations. This key role involves driving efficiency's, providing accurate demand planning insights, and supporting the achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, logistics, procurement, and distribution processes to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies with new distribution partners to enhance operational efficiency's.
- Analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate Product Master Data.
- Ensure accurate stock reporting and regular stocktaking, developing systems to achieve >95% stock accuracy.
- Conduct accurate forecasting and demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels while minimising excess inventory, including spare parts and access replenishment's.
- Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, including ETA management for inbound goods, order fulfilment, storage levels, and shipping releases to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor transportation costs (inbound and outbound) and explore opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment on demand forecasting and timely fulfilment of purchase orders.
- Manage sales orders and purchase orders, addressing and correcting any discrepancies in SAP and collaborating with customers to resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate customer invoicing upon goods dispatch from the warehouse.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control systems, and demand planning.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with third-party logistics and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
