We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our client based in the Northern Suburbs. You will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, providing outstanding service to both renters & rental providers.

About The Role;

• Portfolio approx. 150 properties
• Leasing Support Provided
• Conduct routine inspections
• Conduct ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Handle tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent increases.
• Manage Rental Arrears & Maintenance Requests.

Salary up to $70K+Super (depending on experience)

About You;

• 1 year + managing a residential portfolio
• Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
• Experience using a Property Management program being; Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
• Corporate attire & presented
• Car & Drivers Licence
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
