- Salary ranging from $85,000 - $115,000 + superannuation

About the Role
- Work across the lifespan delivering therapeutic support to a broad caseload
- Referrals from NDIS, GPs, paediatricians, WorkCover, TAC, and word-of-mouth!
- Mix of clinic and community-based services with generous travel reimbursements
- Flexibility to pursue your clinical passions and preferred modalities
- Reports peer-reviewed to ensure quality and learning
- Encouraged to contribute to team learning sessions and internal PD
Support Available
- Weekly supervision (tailored by experience level) from experienced registered supervisors
- Line managers who double as supervisors for cohesive support
- Peer supervision in small groups with presentations and occasional external speakers
- Buddy system for informal debriefing and connection
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Drivers license and vehicle
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2+ years postgraduate experience or a background within the mental health sector
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
