This innovation-lead, market leading manufacturer of decorative boards is growing rapidly in NSW and looking to further bolster their team. If you are a self-starter with building and construction sales account management experience in the Newcastle/Central coast area we would love to hear from you.

The Role
This role is 100% aligned to existing clients, and you’ll be working with some of the business's most valued accounts. Your role will be to develop relationships with business owners, procurement managers and engineers to ensure they receive the best possible service. Sales targets are based around retention and growth of the accounts so they really are looking for somebody who understands how to build a trusted relationship. You will looking after a Newcastle and Central coast territory with occasional travel to regional NSW (North coast, Tamworth etc).

The Candidate

• THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: Account management experience within the building space.
• Ideally, you will come with a background of selling a design led product such as tiles, flooring, cabinet related products, or other related products.
• An essential component of success here is going to be your ability to own and develop existing client relationships.
• You’ll be working with demanding accounts who will expect you to have a good working knowledge of the construction industry, ideally with a background in joinery, kitchen industry.
• Outstanding account managers with any construction knowledge will be considered.
