Are you a confident and friendly individual with a passion for management and customer experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated Assessment Manager to join our team, covering the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast region. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and manage assessments for clients in need of our help.

The Company

Clements Construction Group is a growing building company that specialises in residential and commercial re-roofing throughout Northern NSW and South East Queensland. With a growing client base, the company is in need of an Assessment Manager to expand our reach further throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct roof assessments across the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast region.

Cultivate work through door to door meetings and referrals.

Provide clear, accurate, and timely reports based on your assessments.

Communicate effectively with clients and work colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage scheduling and logistics for site assessments.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour at all times.

Provide leadership and support where required to other roles as part of the team.

Create and lead your own team through taking initiative.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid Australian driver’s license (as travel across the region is required). A company vehicle will be provided.

Willingness to travel across the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast region regularly.

Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A confident and friendly approach to interacting with clients and team members.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Preferred but not essential:

Experience in the construction industry or a related field.
