Your new company

Based in Melbourne's CBD, this State Government agency is seeking a People Services Advisor on a fixed-term basis to deliver high volume end-to-end recruitment activities as a priority, whilst managing a variety of HR related queries with a key focus on building strong and meaningful partnerships across the agency until February 2026.

Your new role

• Act as the main point-of-contact for all HR and recruitment related queries, with a strong focus on customer service
  
• Partner with people leaders on end-to-end recruitment activities, including leading interview panels as and when required
  
• In partnership with people leaders, support onboarding and offboarding processes
  
• Support timely and accurate workforce and recruitment related reporting
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
  
• Demonstrated experience creating meaningful relationships across diverse cohorts face-to-face and virtually is critical
  
• Proven track-record leading high volume end-to-end recruitment activities is essential
  
• Established experience within the Victorian Public Service is highly regarded, however not essential
  
• Previous experience with Springboard is a bonus
