Eco Elite is a QLD/NSW/SA based Residential Solar Company helping as many Australians as possible get freedom from their energy bills. We aim to make that process easy for our customers by giving them sound advice with great service. We handle everything in house right from their enquiry all the way through to installation.

As a Solar Consultant with us you will be expected to;

• Sit in-home assessments to educate customers & find them the right system for their needs.
• Follow up with customers who haven’t yet taken us up on a solution.
• Network with current clients to get referrals. There is a generous referral program to reward this.

What we provide you with:

• 2-3 qualified appointments per day inc Saturday. With additional appointments during busy periods.
• Extensive and detailed training on the sales process here at Eco Elite as well as relevant product knowledge.
• In-house install team, meaning quick turnaround on commission after sale.
• Generous commission only structure OTE $150k-$300K, plus rewarding referral program.
• Opportunity for growth and genuine interest in your career progression. We are a growing company with management positions open over the next 6 - 12 months.

What we require:

• We require that all of our Sales Consultants have had face to face selling experience and it would be hugely beneficial if applicants had been in solar before.
• Full drivers license with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Laptop for in-home apps.
• Open minded attitude to new sales techniques and willingness to learn.
• Strong negotiation skills & desire to close deals.
