Requirements

As an aspiring Chef de Partie you must possess the following to be considered for this position:

• be prepared to work hard
• have an unbeatable work ethic
• show resilience and a willingness to learn
• understand what it takes to be successful in the industry
• posses good communication skills
• strong knowledge in Food Safety Compliance

You will be working alongside one of Brisbane's best young chefs and have available to you excellent mentoring, so this is an opportunity you do not want to miss!
