The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, personable and highly-organised Casual Retail & eCommerce Assistant to join our team at our Sydney CBD atelier. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, has a keen eye for client service, and enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You’ll be supporting both our client service and eCommerce operations, ensuring that every Eupheme client—whether in-store or online—has a seamless and beautiful experience.

Key responsibilities:

Retail & client service:

• Greet and assist clients in our Sydney atelier, providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Support with sales, styling advice, and tailoring assistance (training provided)
• Assist with fittings and appointments, ensuring exceptional client service
• Maintain store presentation and uphold Eupheme’s brand standards

eCommerce & back of house support:

• Process and pack online orders with attention to detail and care
• Support general back-of-house operations, including unpacking deliveries, stocktake and maintaining an organised workspace

About you

• Passionate about exceptional client service
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation for craftsmanship
• Friendly, professional, and proactive with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in both a retail and operational setting
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or eCommerce is a plus but not essential

Availability & details

• Casual role with flexible hours, including weekends
• Based at our beautiful atelier in Sydney CBD
