Aceben is seeking friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team at our Western Sydney locations, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and Penrith. As a Retail Assistant, you will be providing excellent customer service and ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Provide information and recommendations to customers.

Handle sales transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retail area.

Assist in the display and replenishment of stock and other products.

Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.

Support the team with inventory management and stock control.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.

The ability to work independently and unsupervised.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Enthusiasm to learn and retain product knowledge.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Previous experience in pawnbroking, data entry and Jewellery highly advantageous but not essential.

The position would be casual, potential full time position with a probation period. work Saturdays and some weekdays as required. approximately 21-38 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to work at either our Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith locations.

Remuneration would be based on qualifications and experience.
