About the role

CTC Cannonvale is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Cannonvale, Queensland. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store, and supporting the overall operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
• Restocking and replenishing store shelves to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing retail space
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe store environment
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Supporting the store manager with various operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide outstanding service
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
