Retail Poultry Shop Assistant

Retail Halal Accredited fresh poultry shop located at Newcastle Cres, Cavan, SA

We are seeking an experienced person to assist with the preparation of poultry products and retail shop sales.

We are seeking a person with the following qualities:

• Outstanding customer service to work between 8:30am and 4:30pm or as otherwise required.
• Someone who can work well under pressure.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in POS (Cash and EFTPOS handling)
• Retail experience in Poultry or a similar field will be highly regarded.
• Immediate start available for the right candidate.
• This is a casual position and renumeration is in accordance with the Poultry Processing Award.

This role involves all aspects of Customer Service and Poultry Shop operations: including mincing, marinating, making shaslicks and satays, crumbing, window preparation, beginning of day set-up, end of day clean-up, customer service, schnitzel preparation, order preparation, taking orders, cash register operations, EFTPOS machine operations, and other general miscellaneous duties.
