Ten Minutes by Tractor is a highly regarded winery and award winning restaurant, located in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, just one hour south of Melbourne.

Our two-hatted, fine-dining restaurant is looking for experienced section waiters and wine professionals to join our dedicated team. We are passionate about exceptional service, fine food, and world class wine, and we are looking for someone who is ready to advance their career in one of the Peninsula’s most renowned wineries.

What We're Looking For:

• Hospitality Enthusiast: A passion for food, wine, and service is essential, along with the ambition to build a long-term career in the industry.
• Experienced Professional: You should have proven experience in managing a section, and a keen eye for maintaining the highest service standards. Fine dining experience is favourable, however training and support will be provided.
• Qualifications: A valid RSA and Food Safety Certificate will be required, and WSET Level 2 (or equivalent experience) will be highly regarded.
• Team Player: We’re looking for someone with a collaborative mindset, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Availability & Transport: Weekend availability is essential, and reliable transport is required, noting we are in a somewhat regional location with no public transport.
• Additional Advantage: Knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula region and prior fine dining experience will be highly regarded, and advantageous in this role.
