Role: Section Waiter

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards

Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for each guest

Knowledgeably present the menu and assist in making recommendations

Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Maintain a clean and organized section, attending to guests' needs promptly

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality

Requirements:

Previous fine dining experience is essential

Strong understanding of menu items and the ability to make informed recommendations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Opening Hours: Sushi Room operates during the following hours:

Tuesday–Thursday: dinner from 5.30pm

Friday–Saturday: lunch and dinner from 12.00pm
