Description:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Assess and develop tailored intervention plans for NDIS participants.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead and mentor junior therapists and students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Stay updated on best practices and NDIS policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Work together within the leadership team to support and implement organisational goals and development.

Qualifications/requirements:

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA Registration
• A current Working with Children Check
• NDIS worker screener check
• Drivers licence

Experience:

• Experience of working with people living with disability and mental health
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working within NDIS framework
