An exciting opportunity awaits for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Care Occupational Therapy team!
The Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, quality improvement, governance, and staff supervision within the Acute Care – Medical stream. You’ll work with acute medical and neurological caseloads and contribute to our extended hours service, including weekend shifts.
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of senior clinicians and management, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship to thrive in your role.
About you:
To be successful, applicants will have:
Extensive post-graduate experience, delivering high-level, contemporary occupational therapy services
A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with patients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, supervise, and support staff and students.
Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing a high-volume, complex caseload effectively.
A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
