About You:

You're not just here to clock in and out. You're here to lead, inspire, and leave a positive mark. We’re looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist who can:

Coach and mentor a junior team of OTs with patience and purpose.

Help shape services with fresh ideas and quality improvements.

Deliver gold-standard care across community and disability settings.

Write therapy plans that are both practical and packed with heart.

Conduct FCAs, AT assessments, and home mods that change lives.

Navigate NDIS, CHSP, Home Care Packages and diverse clients like a pro (children and/or adults).

You’ll Need:

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (tick!)

AHPRA registration

Full working rights in Australia

COVID & flu vax

Medicare Provider Number

NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check (or be happy to get ‘em)

Driver’s Licence + your own trusty vehicle
