About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Agent supporting Datacom’s Service Desk in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level technical support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional service to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialised technical support via phone and email in a helpdesk environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and resolutions.
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of supported applications and systems.
- Provide user updates during issue resolution and negotiate timeframes for solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in large organisations.
- Strong knowledge of desktop applications, systems administration, and network engineering.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Baseline Security Clearance (preferred).
