Woods & Co Recruitment is working with one of Australia’s most recognised names in automotive care, based in Mulgrave. Through fast-paced growth and strategic acquisitions, this company has built a serious presence in the market. With a strong focus on culture and internal growth, they’re now looking to expand their Customer Service team.
You’ll be dealing directly with customers, helping them through the process of getting scratches and dents repaired on their vehicles. It’s a hands-on, people-focused role that keeps the wheels turning.

What you'll do?
- Handling inbound calls and emails, resolving enquiries and booking repairs
- Creating job tickets and scheduling technicians with customers
- Making outbound calls to confirm bookings and follow up on service requests
- Managing bookings, orders, invoices, and warranty documents
- Updating records in fleet portals and liaising with dealerships on memberships
- Coordinating stock shipments and assisting with inventory control
- Generating reports, tracking missing info, and inputting invoices
- Supporting onsite scheduling, audits, compliance, and OH&S tasks
- Pitching in with ad-hoc duties and general team support
What you need?
- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced administrative, customer service or team support role
- Professional written and verbal manner
- Motivated, positive and team-oriented attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
