They are now seeking someone with a great phone manner to answer customer queries and be part of a growing team with a great culture. Ideally you will have a number of years experience in a customer service or sales support role and live close to Lane Cove West.

Some of your duties will include:-

• Direct dealings with customers and suppliers either by telephone or electronically.
• Processing customer orders and special requests.
• Prompt response and resolution to customer inquiries.
• Trouble shooting issues and coordinating the appropriate strategy.
• Customer service (responding to customer enquiries and identifying suitable solutions to meet customer needs).
• Ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks as required to ensure business efficacy

Skills & Experience:

• A high level of empathy and sensitivity to patients, residents and staff in health and medical settings.
• Pleasant friendly phone manner, good communication skills, and results driven.
• Problem-solving attitude with an attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to work within a team or on your own with minimal supervision.
• Genuine, enthusiastic, and results-driven with the ability to show initiative.
