The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will a part of a small but successful operations team. will be responsible for handling import freight shipments (Air & Sea) while maintaining a high level of customer service with clients and suppliers.

We are looking for an motivated person, to join an exceptional and dynamic team who can come in and add value with their proven forwarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register shipments using CargoWise.
• Lodge cargo automation processes and underbonds.
• Monitor cargo availability and shipment status.
• Provide proactive updates to customers on the progress of their shipments.
• Finalize invoices for clients, overseas offices/agents, and third parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, overseas offices/agents, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Keys Skills

• Proven experience in a freight forwarding role is essential.
• Proficiency in CargoWise is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A self-starter who can work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Competent in using MS Office and other relevant software.

Salary
Approximately $75,000 + Super (pending skills & experience)
