Join a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and industry-relevant training programs. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our Health Programs team.
This is a part-time role (approx. 25 hours per week) with flexibility around scheduling, but Tuesday is a mandatory working day. The position involves a blend of remote online learning delivery/support and in-school EVET delivery.
The Role:
As an Educator, you will deliver the Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance qualification as part of our EVET program and provide support for other qualifications on our scope, including:
HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
HLT47715 Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting
HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions and remote learning support.
Assess student work according to assessment guidelines.
Provide regular support and monitoring for at-risk students, helping them overcome barriers to completion.
Develop and implement Learning Support Plans for students with diverse needs.
Collaborate with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency in training delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of training and assessment strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher).
Vocational qualifications relevant to the health discipline.
Registration with AHPRA (desirable).
Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).
Demonstrated experience delivering VET programs in allied health settings.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Axcelerate) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
