About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Business Trainer to deliver both the Certificate III in Business and the Diploma of Business.

Certificate III in Business: 1 day per week, face-to-face delivery in a conservative Christian school in Parramatta.

Diploma of Business: 1 day per week with potential to expand to 2 evenings per week, delivered either online or on campus.

You’ll be working with school-aged students and adult learners, so experience in flexible, age-appropriate delivery methods is essential. We’re looking for trainers who are engaging, student-centred, and values-aligned.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

Relevant qualifications in Business at diploma level or higher

Minimum 2 years’ industry experience in a business-related role

Experience delivering accredited training in a vocational or school setting

Ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience delivering training to senior high school students (VET in Schools programs)

Experience working in or with faith-based organisations

Familiarity with the BSB training package and clustering UoCs for secondary education

Confidence delivering both in-person and online

Availability to start as soon as possible.
